If you have been injured at work you may be entitled to benefits through WorkCover. Benefits may include loss of wages, hospital and medical expenses and rehabilitation costs.

Before you can claim damages, WorkCover must provide you with a Notice of Assessment. The Notice may offer lump sum compensation. You cannot accept the lump sum offer if you wish to claim damages.
