If you have been injured at work you may be entitled to benefits through WorkCover. Benefits may include loss of wages, hospital and medical expenses and rehabilitation costs. There are time limits in which to lodge an application for WorkCover benefits. We are able to assist you with your application if you need help. By way of example. this can include situations involving an unsafe system of work, unsafe premises, unsafe equipment or machinery or the negligent actions of a co-worker.
